Usage of this site
The development of this site for the Muttaburra community has been made possible by a bequest from the Betty Wakley-Bunkell Estate to the Betty Wakley-Bunkell Muttaburra Domain Name Trust. The Trust recognises that there are numerous community organisations across Queensland, which are considering developing a web site to promote the activities of the local area. However, these groups lack the funds required for the development of a site.
In order to support such initiatives, the Trust will provide to bona fide organisations a copy of the shell structure of the Muttaburra.com site under the following conditions:
- The Betty Wakley-Bunkell Muttaburra Domain Name Trust owns all title right and interest in the Shell Structure of the domain for, and on behalf, of all and any bona fide not-for-profit Queensland community group.
- Such an organisation may request permission to use the said Shell Structure. Upon a written request being made by a bona fide, not-for-profit Queensland community group for the use of the Shell Structure of the Muttaburra web site, the Trust, after due consideration, may grant approval in writing.
- The Trust may charge an administration fee to cover all relevant costs.
- The Trust owns all title and interest in all content used in the Muttaburra domains: Muttaburra.com; Muttaburra.org; Muttaburra.net. The Trust must be acknowledged on all sites approved to use the Shell Structure.
- Organisations, once approved, will be provided with the wording for such acknowledgement.
- Griffith University owns all rights to the administration tools utilised in the web site. These tools may be used by the approved organisation provided that Griffith University is acknowledged and the tools are not used for any other purpose other than the development of the community based web site.
