Order for the burial given by AEK Moreton J.P. Inquiry held at Muttaburra by Thomas R Hall on the 16th September 1916.

He was buried on the 8 September 1916. C Reilly certified the burial, with Walter J Park from the Church of England as minister. George Emblen and Jas Roberts were the witnesses.

Bertha Delaney, (daughter Sword Street Muttaburra) and Thomas R Hall (Justice of the Peace holding the Inquiry, Muttaburra) were the informants.
