Thomas was born in in Gayndah Queensland on the 24th May 1874 parents Thomas Hall and Julia Fuller. He married Eliza Ann Bard on the 15th December 1904 in Muttaburra. They had two children Thomas Robert 25th August 1905 and Isabel Jean 14th Feb 1910.
1st husband of Eliza Ann “May” Bard m.15/12/1904 [Ref:1905/000001]. Eliza died on the 13 May 1911 and is buried in the Muttaburra Cemetery.
