OBITUARY
D. M. THOMPSON
The death occurred in the Muttaburra Hospital on Wednesday, 9th January, of Donald Malcolm Thompson, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Thompson, Cornish Street, Muttaburra.
The deceased was 24 years of age and had been receiving intermittent hospital treatment since May, 1945, when he sustained a strained heart whilst working with a haulage company in the south-west. Donnie was a popular member of the younger set of Muttaburra, and his passing leaves a wide circle of grieving relatives and friends.
